what damages does the second choice goods have?

Every now and then damages occur along our value chain. This is just human. All flaws are minor damages which do not affectthe functionality of our products at all. On our second choice soulcups steel, for example, you will find remainings of glue and the rainbow coating might have small scratches. On our product detail page you find images that picture typical flaws that might occur. You know we sometimes spring surpises – but never nasty ones!

why buying or selling a imperfect product?

The name second choice says it already, those products are not first choice. But sometimes it is important to choose something with flaws as a first choice: All products are completely functional and throwing them away would be super wasteful. So we can protect the planet, you can save money and everybody wins.

are there only soulcups steel as second choice available?

will there always be second choice goods in the onlineshop?

As you can imagine, we don’t produce the second choices on purpose. If there are any and the quantity is high enough we put them in our shop – but what is gone is gone and sometimes we’re soul’d out.
